- Over 35 years on Wall Street. Has held multiple senior seats from which he has led and managed institutional sales businesses.
- 13 years at Morgan Stanley in sales and trading focusing on international equities.
- At HSBC, he managed the equity sales trading teams in NY, London, HK, and Tokyo, and was responsible for the NY equity syndicate book. He also was responsible for the build-out of the US and Latin American research and sales platform.
- As Senior Vice President at Fidelity Capital Markets, he led Electronic Sales, Portfolio Trading, Cash Sales Trading, ETF Trading, and International Execution teams.
- Co-led cash sales trading, and then led electronic sales at Bank of America.
- At both Auerbach Grayson and Tellimer, Mat lead Equity Capital Markets. This responsibility included origination and syndication involving IPOs, Secondary, and Private Placements with a focus on Emerging and Frontier markets.
