About
MPS
Overview
MPS was launched in 2000 as a US based securities firm with a focus on cross-border investing and providing solutions for local securities firms to access global markets.
Over the past 20 years, the firm has emerged as a leading brand in the cross-border capital markets.
MPS is incorporated in the State of New York and is a wholly owned subsidiary of MPX, following its acquisition in 2020.
Mission
Our mission is to simplify and lower the regulatory costs that limit thousands of firms from soliciting and transacting with global investors.
We acquire and maintain specialist licenses in the major regulated markets which permit unlicensed foreign firms to enter these markets under supervision.
We are pioneering the automation of supervised access by unlicensed firms to enter the major global markets.
Team
Our principals have managed or led significant compliance and capital markets platforms at major Wall Street firms – Lehman, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity
We have ‘lived’ the distribution challenges of cross-border securities.
