Mr. Goldman has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Marco Polo, he was a partner at Lehman Brothers , a Managing Director of ING Barings Furman Selz; Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for the Corporate Finance department of Smith Barney Harris Upham; Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for The Stamford Company and Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of County NatWest.
 
Vinode Ramgopal
Prior to founding Marco Polo in 2000, Mr. Ramgopal worked at Lehman Brothers from 1986 – 2000, where he was a senior banker in the firm’s international investment banking group, specializing in large cross-border M&A and capital market transactions. He led the firm’s Global Privatization Group and Emerging Markets M&A practice. Mr. Ramgopal was educated at the London School of Economics and Merton College, Oxford.
 
Arthur Thomas
Former Head of Global Operations for Merrill Lynch from 1986 – 2002. Mr. Thomas was a former Chairman of NSCC and also was a former board member of DTCC and Euroclear.
